Through the eyes of a 4 year old - # the ordinary moments

A couple of weeks ago Lucas bounded through to the living room with his camera saying it wouldn't work.  Its one of the those Vtech Kidizoom cameras and wasn't broken, the memory card was just full from 'snap happy' Lucas.

I love how much he loves his camera and taking photos.  It keeps him entertained for ages and no matter how many drops and bumps that camera has it still keeps going strong.

When Mark downloaded what was on the camera to free up some space and let our eager Lucas keep snapping away, we discovered some real gems.  Lots and lots of photos we didn't even know Lucas had taken and some we did but had forgotten all about.

It was fascinating looking through them and seeing what had caught his eye, what had been worthy of his attention for that split second before he was onto the next thing.  Some of the photos went back almost a year ago and so was a lovely little reminder of some forgotten ordinary moments.

Here are some of our favourites and a window into his world...

Our last family holiday before our little Charlotte arrived, when I was 6 months pregnant:

Some shots of his precious little sister who he adores (most of the time):

A camping trip, just Lucas and Daddy:

Some snaps from around the house, just 'cause...

I'm linking up with the lovely Katie from Mummy Daddy Me for 'The Ordinary Moments'.

    1. Aw thank you! I know, I was impressed with his camera skills :) If you're looking for a camera from Mads I would really recommend the Vtech Kiddizoom. Lucas has played with it so much and it has been dropped, thrown, bumped a million times and still works perfectly! xx
